If you receive repairs at the Vidor location you will want to make sure you leave nothing in your trailer of any value. I received repairs at this location and one of the workers decided that they needed my personal belongings more than I did. It was very obvious that it could have only been done by an employee at this location and zero attempts where made by the service manager Steve to make it right.
