Had a pretty tough closing with this company. Didn’t get me the title commitment until 3 days before closing. They work with a very shady real estate investment team that tried to blow up the deal at the end. The kicker was we closed on Friday of Labor Day weekend, and they never gave me the closed and funded email before they left the office for the weekend, so we spent the next 3 days unable to get into our house, and didn’t even know if we actually owned the home or not.
