This is by far the best title company that I have ever worked with. Throughout my career, I have consistently worked with them as a national lender. My most recent experiences served as a reminder as to why they are the best. I had a refinance scheduled to close at 6pm on a Monday night and the borrower ended up needing to be out of town and simply forgot to let us know that he would be in another state. Please run from this company. It has been 9 weeks since closing documents were signed. The loan is already recorded and I have a lean at the courthouse. The problem is they overcharged on the fees and will not correct THEIR error.
They did a good job on the closing
Extremely professional and efficient. Very easy to work with, highly recommend.
