My experience was not so great. I went to National tiles with a photograph of the serial number and tile details on a box that I required. I was sold the wrong type of tiles the wrong colour. I drove all the way to Stapleton to the factory to pick up on the day. Made a phone call to arrange pick up got to factory they couldn’t find my order. I waited for an hour.
