Absolute garbage. We specifically requested that the tiles not be NCIA brand. Now this company is refusing to work with us on relation to the wrong tiles being sent out. Tiles weren't cheap and we have been sent cheap Chinese crap. Terrible services.
We were really impressed with the recommendations we were given when first quoted. They had so many choices to choose from and they helped us to almost exactly match an existing vinyl floor with hybrid planks. This saved time and money as it was comparable to the cost of carpeting. We would highly recommend National Tiles. They were very professional.
Knowledge with design and colour tones. Great to take a sample home makes the difference
