I've been a Tile guy for ten years or so and this place has done nothing but go out of their way to get me everything I need plus they are very knowledgable. They have a great overstock room for those little too
Definite Recommend – We've dealt with them many times and keep going back. Can't speak to the previous bad review, but they are far better than a 1 star outfit. I'd say a solid 4+. Tons of options. Great staff. Beautiful inventory. I highly recommend them and completely trust them.
Took 5 months for tiles! Ridiculous – Well, we decided to order tiles from National Tiles from a friend's recommendation. We ordered our tiles in March and after 4 weeks of when they promised the tiles were going to be in, we called and they said maybe another week. We waited and gave them two weeks and again, they made up excuses after excuses from the tiles are probably held up at customs, the tiles are in back order, the tiles were sent here but we lost them etc...and after 5 months of drywall in our kitchen they finally ... read more
