No complaints here They got the test done within 2 weeks flat, within the estimated turnaround I was able to drop it off, too, and avoid the next day delivery surcharge. I had an easy time with this firm. They're certified with the state so that helps with confidence of the test

Will revise this review based on outcome: I purchased five tests and received one bottle -- it took almost four weeks for test result, which for me was fine. Paid over $300. Once they realized the mistake with the number of tests ordered, they got the rest of the sample bottles on their way.
