Website very misleading. “Bulk billing” “urgent” etc in giant text on the home page, but it’s all very specifically contextual. Someone should probably amend this so patients aren’t being mislead.
The doctor I spoke with was good, and it was bulk billed which was good. Their systems, communication and support staff are pretty bad. For my first appt, it took 3 phone calls for the admin person to get my email address correct. A second appt never went ahead, despite getting a booking confirmation. Apparently they needed more info on bulk billing eligibility in a poorly worded email that didn't say that the appt wouldn't go ahead without filling out this form. The doctor provided what I needed and refunds are easy to achieve as long as you message them.
