I made an appt for 5pm and it was confirmed. No bulk billing, full price. No one showed for the appt. I called to enquire about bulk billing and they said I didn't have an appt. I was made to screen shot my bank acct where I paid which combank doesn't allow but luckily I have notifications turned on and screen shot my phone notification. Then I don't hear from them for 2 more days and get an email stating they just found a doctor available for me for 9 pm the next night. Website very misleading. “Bulk billing” “urgent” etc in giant text on the home page, but it’s all very specifically contextual. Someone should probably amend this so patients aren’t being mislead.
The doctor I spoke with was good, and it was bulk billed which was good. Their systems, communication and support staff are pretty bad. For my first appt, it took 3 phone calls for the admin person to get my email address correct. A second appt never went ahead, despite getting a booking confirmation. Apparently they needed more info on bulk billing eligibility in a poorly worded email that didn't say that the appt wouldn't go ahead without filling out this form.
