I'm so glad I'm not the only one. I turned in everything asked of me and was still denied. I do not recommend this company to anybody.
Worst insurance company. Don’t buy run far and fast Nta Insurance is who I had a plan through for every category they offered including accident for myself and my children. My daughter was in an accident and I filed a claim on said policy. Her back was broken in 4 places, one section of her spine burst and collapsed into lower levels, she lost feeling from her mid section down, and her arm was broken in 2 places. This company is a joke!They continually ask for additional information no matter what.They send these reps out selling a bunch of lies to get our money and when it’s time to pay us we come up short!Be smart get Aflac so much better and no problems getting your money.
I injured my foot 6.18.25 , pain started 7 days after..I went to Urgent Care x 2 when the pain started. My foot was fractured. Filed accident claim with NTI. Claim denied due to not seeking medical care within 72 hours. NTI never said you must go to the doctor within 72 hours. My foot did not hurt in the beginning. Started hurting pass 72 hours. NTI come to state agencies and get people to sign up for insurance and they pretend like they pay for everything. I am canceling my policy asap. Please read your policies.. .
I am displeased with the mobile online app. The app is not user friendly and very outdated. I am not able to conduct transactions or see important information regarding my insurance policies.
