The most incompetent staff and frustrating experience trying to get our insurance claim paid out...waste of money for this policy. We have worked harder than any staff here to submit everything correctly, week after week, only to be told that something is incorrect. Been almost 2 months now back and forth. Nobody reviews the documents and we only find out weeks later via US contacting THEM that something is wrong- they make no efforts. Absolutely unacceptable lack of service and support.
