I do not recommend this company. The organization of work leaves much to be desired: it is impossible to make an appointment — first they say that they do not accept clients without one, but then you cannot schedule it at all. After payment, the client is left without support and has to complete part of the work independently. The quality of service does not correspond to the company’s stated commitments.
I was recommended by a friend and filed my taxes with the owner. He charged me 100 and said he’s charging me that because I’m not getting much back and he tried to explain it but it didn’t make much sense but I left it alone. He said by March 15 I’d have to pay so I said ok. It’s now the end of February and not only has he not reached out to me in any capacity, he never filed my taxes but he’s reaching out to my friend to ask her for my information as if he doesn’t already have my contact information. I been doing my taxes for 5 years now I started with Cookie she's awesome worker... Past few years Natasha Been doing them she's awesome 👍👍 worker great customer service they always have refreshments and chips or candy for there clients Ali is also the best def recommend ppl go there u will have NO ISSUES AT ALL....... Thank you guys for great service.... See ya next year lol .... A+++++👍😁😀😆😁
