Rita have done my taxes for 2 consecutive years don’t know what happened today I imagine she didn’t appreciate me asking a few questions, she was literally doing a lady and me at the same time maybe because I wasn’t paying upfront as usual but she gave me my paperwork back. I was waiting for her to print but she never did and kept leaving out. Mind you she left a client paperwork and credit card next to me . I gave it back to her.
