I've been to this location three times within a 2 week time frame. The first time was Saturday, February 29 @ 11:00am, the lights were on the sign states they open at 9:00am, the door was locked. I knew someone was there because there was a two tone vehicle sitting outside in the front. I knocked no one answered. I left and came back @ 12:45 same situation.
