The Staff was great, friendly and helpful. I could not have done moving/storing without the help from staff at National Storage. Dylan was a great help. Good customer care and support.

Great in-person service at the site itself. Thanks to the staff there! Company systems and dealing with problems around location access and transferring account from one site to another - stressful and frustrating. This could be a lot better.
