Absolutely disgraceful attitude from a staff member. When trying to find an undercover parking space and being yelled at from his forklift to park over there. Maybe if you restrict inside parking to loading vehicles and not keeping pallets of stock in those spaces, also make those who are working from inside their storage sheds park outside.

Been with these guys for a year, and now that I'm moving things out, last day of our term, I've been charged another month. Absolutely no regard to refunds, so that's $181 straight down the toilet. Oh, let's not forget either that the day they take money out is different every month so while you won't get charged a late fee one month you will for others if you haven't transferred money across in time. Great location, very well laid out and security is A+ Pricing of spaces at National Storage has increased considerably over the last 12 months (40% approx) with increases every 6 months. Great for short term.

Easy communication with staff. Easy to arrange the booking. Easy instructions on insurance booking. Booking spot viewed, insurance sorted, boxes sorted. All within 30 mins. Even had a discount on the first month payment. Awwsome stuff National storage. With thanks and appreciation.
