I love that the booking process can be done completely online and is super easy to navigate. Access to the secured yard and storage building is digital and straightforward, plus the availability of flatbed trollies for transferring items from your car to the appointed storage unit is a bonus and a blessing. Very clean, but rents keep going up & up. Really can't afford it anymore. Would have liked a discount being that I've been renting more than one unit.
