Staff easy to work with. I feel their computer system is somewhat cumbersome. Oveall no complaints.
The staff are very helpful. The facility is easy to access and very clean units. I'm happy
Attempted to access storage at 6pm on Saturday. Could not locate my storage box. There was no map anywhere on the premises. After spending almost 30 minutes walking around the entire facility I still couldn't find my storage box. The office was closed so I called the helpline and Mitchell (who tried his best) was unable to access the map to guide me as the 'system was down'. I love that the booking process can be done completely online and is super easy to navigate. Access to the secured yard and storage building is digital and straightforward, plus the availability of flatbed trollies for transferring items from your car to the appointed storage unit is a bonus and a blessing. The only drawback for me is the restricted curfew closing time of 9pm. Understandable from a security standpoint, but not so for the time-poor, night owl, shift workers!
