Very helpful and fabulous storage facility. Couldn’t be happier and so easy to use. Highly recommend!
My disappointment came when I claimed a refund for a prepaid month that hasn't been used - Despite the receptionist's clarification that I was entitled for a refund - when I spoke with the refund department they refused to accept my request - even though I provide evidence about my entitlement. Very disappointed from the National Storage finance department.
