I arrived at NATIONAL STORAGE at 9:00am and it is now 9:30 and no one is here to open the store. Pretty disappointed to say the least, I called the phone number and reached another store who were not able to give me any details on whether someone was even coming in or not….

Missed one payment due to credit card expiring. They never called the emergency contact which according to their airtight and vague contract they are not required to do so. We were overseas for years so we didn't have our Australian number anymore which they called and was disconnected. Emails were sent straight to spam box. Sold our contents as soon as they "legally" could. Old licences, passports, company deeds, trust deeds, wedding albums, legal documents never returned.
