I've been a client of National storage Kawana for a great number of years. I recently had to review as to whether or not to shop elsewhere due to the raising cost. Kelly should be promoted above the normal manager role if exist, as she not only went above & beyond with communication, clear guidance, provided info and options in a helpful & professional manner. DANGER DANGER DANGER, I stored my cherished belongings at National Storage after only 2 weeks my locker was broken into and over $10,000 worth of precious keepsakes were stolen. National storage are taking no responsibility, are not covered by insurance, made no effort to take responsibility. I think it was an inside job. Security cameras and a passcode to get in the gate.
