Company did a bait and switch. Mold was growing on propert and they would not let anyone get their items but yet charge people a extra month at a higher rate. I was trying to get my items out so I would not be charged another month before they found mold on the property. Tried to get me to sign a waiver at first absolving them of all responsibility and then tried to charge me for another month at a higher rate. Hands down the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Property manager Chris Womack is rude and doesn't follow up on any complaints or requests. The area manager, Eve Latimer, makes a lot of promises that she doesn't honor with regard to complaints or accommodating customers. Office is not manned on many Saturdays, even though website states there is on-site management from 10 to 5pm on Saturdays. Rent was raised over 40% in two years. They don't have the decency to respond when the link they send you isn't working.
Do not use any of these storage places. They bought out hideaway and changed everything no water no electricity and no restrooms unreal
There is no accountability and no way to contact somebody in authority when you have a problem with a local unit. Since they bought the storage units, we now have cockroaches, the floors are never cleaned, lights are out of order, no paper products in the bathrooms, and they have no problem, threatening you when you complain. Worst company ever to deal with, stay away.
