Tried 3 times during “office hours open” and all 3 times it was closed. It’s 1.12pm and it’s closed.
Initial consultation was fantastic, Chialo was lovely and helpful. However upon attempting to organise a latch replacement as I was unable to open my shed, I was treated to psychotic behaviour by the "manager" Renee who refused to acknowledge my complaint and was incredibly rude to me after failing to address my concerns a week after my initial complaint.
