Initial consultation was fantastic, Chialo was lovely and helpful. However upon attempting to organise a latch replacement as I was unable to open my shed, I was treated to psychotic behaviour by the "manager" Renee who refused to acknowledge my complaint and was incredibly rude to me after failing to address my concerns a week after my initial complaint. The toilet always is out of order, weekends and nights.
National Storage Brendale - extremely friendly staff, secure facility and clean and maintained lockers. Rented a locker for 10 months while relocating and never had any issues at all.
