Let me start off by saying, Krupa Shah did everything in her power to help my husband, Zain Rizvi. She was always willing to help and was never harsh. She has excellent bedside manner and she listens and understands. Don’t be deterred. So long as Krupa is there my husband Zain Rizvi said he won’t change pain management doctors because he says most don’t care. Krupa cares. She understands things happen. She has always been kind and easy to work with. Krupa, thank you for being a great practitioner!
Dr. Sood was the worst medical professional I have ever dealt with. He is uncaring and abrupt and impatient. His procedures caused a serious side effect and did nothing to alleviate my back pain. He refused to take responsibility for the foot pain he caused. Please stay away from his practice at all costs. And his office is incompetent and non responsive.
