Worst experience with a car repair place in my life. I contacted National Speed in RIchmond to install a supercharger. The minute they charged the credit card they stopped communicating. I asked a question about the on-line contract that I submitted with my payment, never got an answer. Told a manager would contact me to discuss project, never heard from them.. told the part would take 6 weeks to come in, no word at 7 weeks.
