After Rescheduling my appointment after it was on their books for 2 months. They canceled my next appointment two days before it was set. I was informed that their building would be Closing, and my parts were gonna be sent to a location in North Carolina. I was given the option to come and collect my fully paid parts. (Which I did). The worst place to take your car period. I could write a book about everything that they did wrong to my car. 10 months later motor blows up as well. You have been warned. Go somewhere else.
Brought my 23 wrx in for coilovers and catch cans to be installed and also have the car lowered a bit. I've never had work like this done before and I know what goes in to it so I was quite nervous to spend the money and find a place to do the work. I'm glad I chose National Speed. The process was pretty straight forward and I feel I was treated pretty well. I will be coming back in the future and I do feel confident that it will be a good experience.
They didn't tell me about my exhaust leak. But everything else was great 👍
