The waiting room is always neat and clean. Ms Min Parks is always on time, happy to see us. My child lives working with her.
Amanda and National Speech changed our lives. We are forever grateful to Amanda for helping our son find his voice. We have been with her for 8 years and the progress our son has made is mind blowing. He came to her a toddler who could not even babble and now participates in a local children’s theater group. If you need SLP services, we recommend National Speech.
Let me start off by saying I work in a medical office and deal with patient care daily, so I know how to speak to our patients with respect. A referral from my son's pediatrician led me to this clinic. When I called the second time, I was dismayed to find the new patient scheduler rude and unprofessional. I was taken aback by her attitude and the way she spoke to me.
