About this business
History Established in 1979. We began National Specialties in 1979 from the trunk of our car. By the fall of 1980 we owned our own 1500 square foot office building in South Tacoma and had grown to become a major competitor in the Northwest Promotional Products Industry. We are now proud to be a major supplier of RPI's for the the Soldiers and Officers at JBLM and around the world. We have done work for Ft Hood, Ft Knox, Ft Leonard Wood, 7th Army and 8th Army. This place is the WORST. We have used them at least four times. Every time the orders were messed up and not ready on time. Last time we were in picking up our messed up and late order, the lady said, "I'm tired of customers expecting a discount just because. Were not giving any discounts". HORRIBLE customer service. HORRIBLE place. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY TAKE MAJOR ADVANTAGE OF MILITARY SERVICE MEMBERS.
For anything you need made for a business, party, something for you personally; check this place out. Very cool place ran by some very cool people.
