I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional behavior my wife experienced outside of this organization’s building. After her tire blew out in front of the property, roadside assistance promptly arrived and was in the process of replacing the tire. The entire situation lasted less than 30 minutes. Toward the very end, a woman who claimed to work for the organization approached and was shockingly rude.
