Been a member for over 20 years & have always experienced very slow processing times, even with simple internal transfers or withdrawals, these things shouldn't take 4+ weeks to process, but they always have an excuse though! That doesn't make it okay, especially if there's a deadline- like for federal taxation- important things like that. Do not leave a voice message- either you won't be called back or it will take days. For an agency licensed in so many states- they need more employee's to process the many requests.
