Working with this company has been a nightmare. After they provided us with a quote, they came and did the work and then requested the inspection from the city. We went with the accordion shutters that are fairly expensive. The work didn't pass inspection because accordions weren't properly installed. I called the company back and I've always gotten the same response from them: "Oh... sorry to hear that. Let me look into that and I will get back to you." This has happened now 7 times. This company doesn’t deserve the one star!! I have had a certain impact resistant window/door company come and replace all doors and windows in my home and unfortunately have not had a very good experience with them. I’ve been trying to get this company to come back to my home to fix their wrong-doings for awhile, AWHILE. I booked the job back in March of 2015, they were suppose to come and do the work BEFORE June 2015 but didn’t receive the windows until middle of July 2015.
