Awful customer service. Ordered a tap on 14/11/2025, and three days later was informed that the item wasn't in stock, so would have to wait 14 - 21 days for delivery. As I needed the item much sooner, I took them up on their offer for a refund and requsted this by email. No communication was received past this point from NSS. Two weeks pass with no refund! Dreadful company! They say a part is in stock, ypu order, they then email you to say it's out of stock and give you the option to cancel. You reply to that email and get ignored, you phone, on hold for half hour then cut off! Absolute scam of a company! Regulators here we come!!
Unfortunately, this company doesn’t seem to care much about its customers. Like many others who’ve had major issues with parts, refunds, and terrible communication, I’ve now joined the growing list of unhappy customers. Emails sent through their reply instructions go unanswered, and repeated phone calls result in either waiting up to an hour with no answer or being cut off immediately. I ordered the parts and they said the parts is in stock and after 3 days I received the email and they said sorry the we don’t have the items on stock it will take 10 days to delivery to your address. I tried to cancel the order but they don’t have any options I tried to call them and I waited on the phone more then hour and not one response. Not recommend this shop
30mins in a queue to get to 2nd in line, hung up on me. Rang back, 25mins into this queue and I'm cut off again. Trash company, go elsewhere fellow plumbers.
