This place is great. It is open 24 hours a day, 7 days week. They have safe deposit boxes and lockers for rent. The staff member told me that they also store and deliver backup data in the form of tapes, hard drives etc, and offer online backup storage. Great local company with knowledgable employees.
We were with National for 5 years and than Iron Mountain came to town and we changed becasue they gave us a lower price after one year they hicked there price up and were higher than National, plus the customer service at Iron was horrible.... they treated us as a number instead of a customer... We left and came back with national security and will never leave again, our price with national was good for 5 years and no surprises and we can call and talk to a person instead of a machine, because they do not use voicemail...
