I had a very stressful experience at JW Marriott when I lost my wallet with all my important cards in it. I was extremely worried and searched for a long time. That’s when I met a security guard named Guru. He took my situation seriously, helped me patiently, and did not give up until we found it. His kindness, honesty, and support meant more to me than words can express. I will be forever grateful to him. People like Guru truly make a place special.
