At first I honestly couldn't believe what I was being told and almost closed my door on the guy, but after he re explained they need the sign out front for advertising because that's how they generate business I was intrigued.I have been shopping around for systems for the last 3 months and I was getting quoted ridiculous prices and the other companies were trying to charge for the upgraded wireless touchscreen home automation équipement that was upgraded for free with NSA. What a concept...a company that does what it says it will. Yes the still existed. I know crazy concept. I think not. This comes from the top and filters into each and every employee I have worked here. I am very please with my experience. They listen and care that you get what is needed not what they can sell you. Professional, cost effective and knowledge is what I experienced. Thank you for a first class job!
This service was fantastic.... I live in Las Vegas and called Monitronics corporate off there website and was transferred directly to National Security. They installed a new alarm the same day, and beat out all the price quotes of other companies I had called- (most were ADT companies....) The sales guy was very nice and professional and didn't try and "up sell" me a bunch of crap I didn't need- I just needed an alarm system.
