Aaron McKenzie was our consultant. He was lovely and knowledgeable and drove out to us on a snowy day during the holidays to deliver our son's chair so he could have it in time for the start of school. Definitely recommend.

We had an emergency need of a PWC rental for our trip to Canada from the States. We reached out to NSM in Toronto and Aaron went out of his way to help us find something and configure to my son's needs. Best experience I've ever had with a PWC rental. I received a delivery at my home at 10:30pm. The door bell rang several times and a package put between the doors. This scared me like crazy. What kind of delivery service do you use !
Very positive experience. Would recommend this company. Company and Kelly quick to reply, and to care about our situation. I called Dec 19 expressing our need for a wheelchair and concerned about the holidays and the implication if no longer mobile. Kelly came out the next day to measure and delivered a new custom rental wheelchair on Dec 22, before the Christmas holidays. Her concern was the need for a wheelchair with the holidays coming.
