Person who answered the phone is very niceand personable. Manager on the other hand is a hardass. Says its a hard no to look at an acorn stairlift. If you want service or just to check out your stair lift especially if its an acorn. They will not even come out and get paid for doing so, to find out the problem because they can't sell you the part to fix it. So not worth their time to help you figure out the problem. Nice building, accessible, good parking, a little hard to find. Needed to exchange a mini walker for a larger one. Great, professional and friendly service, got what I needed. I recommend this business for your medical device etc needs.
