Very friendly and helpful staff!
Moved to Ottawa for university and Alex was an excellent help! Let us borrow some ramps to off load our scooter! Purchased a bath chair for my son that dit perfect in his dorm. Alex provided sound advice and offered to help our son with any maintenance or repairs required on his scooter. Professional service with a small town feel. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Excellent help!

Absolute heroes... I had a pretty catastrophic flat tire on my mobility scooter recently. I wasn't terribly far from home, but there wasn't an easy way to *get* home, either. Between my multiple sclerosis and a broken foot just a few weeks prior, I was definitely down on my luck when the heavens opened up and a couple really good things happened. I do not recommend renting from National seating & mobility. My story is a little bit lengthy but to summarize, the quality of the customer service are received was very poor. I rented a toilet seat on a Friday and when I got it home I couldn't get the locking device to work. I called the customer service to tell them this. By this time it was late in the day....I was too exhausted to drive from downtown to their location your Bank and Heron.
