They deliver!
Absolute heroes... I had a pretty catastrophic flat tire on my mobility scooter recently. I wasn't terribly far from home, but there wasn't an easy way to *get* home, either. I do not recommend renting from National seating & mobility. My story is a little bit lengthy but to summarize, the quality of the customer service are received was very poor. I rented a toilet seat on a Friday and when I got it home I couldn't get the locking device to work. I called the customer service to tell them this. By this time it was late in the day....I was too exhausted to drive from downtown to their location your Bank and Heron. The manager is terrible, they do not know how to deal with customer's in person about product/service issues. Very dismissive and uncaring. This is not the first instance where I have been in the store and seen this type of behaviour from management or even the sales staff talking about other customers and making fun of them. I want to add that no sales staff were on the floor they always sit at their desks when I have been in, chatting amongst themselves or are on their personal devices. Terrible customer service.
