Sadly, I can't get anyone here to return my calls. I put in an order for a cushion that they never completed and they barely even reacted. Normal course of events for them I guess. I was stunned by how bad the service was here. It breaks my heart given how amazing Advanced Mobility was. I was with Advanced since my first wheelchair as a child. As far as I can tell, NSM is a stain on their legacy.
First off, I have been a client of National Seating & Mobility for over 7 years now. The main reason why I switched was because of the main technician, who has over 30-years of experience with mobility equipment. In the last 6 or 7 months, National Seating & Mobility has been going downhill in their customer service and technical backgrounds. I had a problem with my chair and they were able to fit me in the same day. The 2 secretaries were really nice & accommodating. The technician Nathan is extremely knowledgeable & did a great job.
My daughter‘s wheelchair had a broken handle and the front wheel was not working properly. Excellent technician - Ali - who was friendly and knowledgeable had both problems resolved in short order. Highly recommended.
