I attempted for almost 2 weeks to get the people at the Hohenwald store to help me get a quote for a new chair and fix my old power chair. Made an appointment with my Doctor, they claimed they did not get the results of the Dr's evaluation. I called numerous times, they didn't answer the phone or return my calls. If you need help don't look to these people.
