If I could rate my experience with NSM a 0 I absolutely would! Where do we begin. In June of 2022 my 10 year old daughters wheelchair needed some replacement parts(anti tippers, arm rest and battery) it took until January of 2023 to receive those parts(which they continuously blamed on manufacturer but those are the most basic pieces of a chair so them and the manufacturer need to get it together). Look for a service company when you buy your chairlift!!! This company does a fair job of installation, but God forbid you need service, and most companies only service what they've installed. Scheduling an appointment with National Seating and Mobility is a non-starter. Call them, and you might be able to reach an answering service, but my experience is: the "answering service hasn't been set up" or it's full. on the off-chance that you can reach someone, they don't schedule an appointment... Stairlift purchase and installation was an easy process. Bernard explained available options before our decision, provided useful information. The install was fast, operation simple and quiet. Provided background information. Bernard was very courteous and professional. He wore a mask to avoid health issues
I am a physical therapist and have had an absolutely horrible time dealing with this company for one of my patients needing a wheelchair modification. Every time I call I speak with a different person who in unable to answer any of my questions regarding their process, receive different contradictory information, and they have been very rude in the process.
