Awsome company great team to work with
Great store. Lots of selection. We went looking for a walker and the lady who helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly and patient. My mother has Alzheimer's and repeated herself, staff was very patient. We picked out some walker accessories (cup holder etc) and they installed them onto the walker while we waited. Great store. Great staff. Great value!! Thank you!! Would highly recommend!
Our experience with Graham and the team from NSM from first contact to completion of the installation of our stairlift has been phenomenal. Jen was the main installer. It was obvious that she had installed many stairlifts. When we had a question the next day about using it Graham and Jenn were happy to come over and go over it with us, and more. We would definitely recommend NSM.
I highly recommend Graham. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and supportive, and he helped my family member immensely in finding the right mobility solution.
I had some items delivered and set up by Colton and he was so pleasant. He was on time, didn’t feel like he rushed me, it was so nice to see that type of work ethic in a younger fellow.
