Simply amazing! National seating and mobility was FANTASTIC from start to finish! I lost a HUGE portion of my mobility due to some crazy explosion of all my chronic symptoms at once after a small initial injury about 2 years ago and have been clawing my way back to "regular life" ever since. I was so happy to work with Robert Armstrong at NS&M. Robert was extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the products I required for my new chair. Robert went above and beyond to reach out to my doctor and therapists to make sure that I had the right cushion and back support! I haven't had customer CARE since Amanda Sanchez from the old Tulare, Ca branch. I gave up on getting a decent chair through the Fresno branch. Jazz sent me to the Visalia,Ca office since we have one hear now. I am a huge fan again! With people from Amanda to the new people i met via the phone. I had my bracket break on my wheelchair. Leaving me stuck in bed. Within 24 hours of my issue, Crystal & Mile have me rolling again. As well as on the path of getting a new wheelchair! Thank you more than you will wver know!!!
