I've been with National mobility for years everytime my batteries die there's a problem with getting new ones this time they won't do anything if i can't leave the chair over night they said they'll give me a manual chair to use i have a small im 66 yrs old for the last ten yrs when the batteries went i brought the chair in the fixed the problem in less then one hour but now they won't do that why money they don't care if your a senior disabled they rather you have a attack of asma as long as they get paid I'll have to use m... read more
This place is the worst they changed my caster wheels and now the front one swivels like an old Safeway buggy , I wouldn't let them work on my wheel barrel, much better places , customer service sucks,,I wouldn't even give them 1 star
This place is a complete and total joke! They are beyond negligent! My wife is constantly chasing them because they have poor communication skills….actually none! Anytime she does get through to them, they send an ignorant technician who then struggles to get proper measurements. IF we get the parts they are 9/10 the wrong size or piece! For a company who serves a population in need, they do not take it very seriously! 1 star is too high a rating! I despise this place and their horrendous customer care/service!
