They do not pick up the phone (attempted 3x). Moreover, upon coming to the store in person, we waited long to be served. We attempted to purchase an item; however, upon checkout, the price we were quoted was almost twice the price at other places. The employee did not know why the item was priced so high in the system, when it was priced at the low, original price the week prior. Canadian customer. I’ve had issues with service maintenance in the past. And this last time didnt even attempt to assess my problem and fix or just suggest a fix. Im done with them. Unhelpful customer service, and maintenance service. The business i used to use was great and went immediately downhill when the americans bought it.
Fast service, turn around time on battery change out and delivery next day. James (field tech) extremely friendly and quick to make sure everything is done correctly. Our chair is good as new once more.
When this company makes a sale, they come across as SO HELPFUL!! IN FACT they do NOT 🚫 return calls. They DON'T do any followup. Would NOT use this COMPANY AGAIN 😔🚫🙂↔️
