had a great experience with National Seating & Mobility, and I want to thank both Shamel and Amir for their support. Shamel especially stood out. He was very genuine, kind, and clearly knew what he was doing. It was a Friday, right before my birthday weekend, and he really went out of his way to help fix my chair even though he didn’t have all the parts (cables) available. Big thanks to Nicole C. for working together with the therapists at my dad's Long Term Care facility. She is knowledgeable, caring, and professional. Nicole kept us apprised of the status of the wheelchair we had ordered and arranged a trial-chair in the interim. When the chair arrived, she delivered it promptly and carried out final adjustments on-site ensure my dad's comfort and safety.
