I recently visited National Seating and Mobility and had a frustrating experience. One older white lady in the front office was unpleasant to deal with and constantly made faces. Another staff member, an East Asian woman, who came from her cabin to help me struggled with English, used incorrect pronouns, and lacked basic communication and equipment knowledge, which made me uncomfortable.
