I am giving this company 2 stars because the technician who did the install was very nice. This is the only good thing I have to say about National Seating and Mobility. If you have a deadline for your install, or if you like customer service and good communication, perhaps look elsewhere. My lift was delayed in transport multiple times, and no one reached out to notify me until the day of scheduled install. I was given an appointment by this company.I waited for 3 hour after and no show no call.I am planning to purchase 2 stair lifts. Couldn't imagine a purchase of this high a value with this company as I would trust their punctuallity for future service.I has a later appoint with another company and they called ahead and were on time.So obviously that's my choice. We went there due to some problems we were having with my mother's walker, which was purchased elsewhere. The technician was very thorough, patient, and kind to my mother. After fixing the problem for which we booked the appointment, he asked about the current settings of the forearm attachments. When my mom said she had been having trouble with it, he took the time to work with her to make several adjustments so that she could be more comfortable and safe. Jim Frid at national seating and mobility in Calgary is a rockstar!! He provides timely service and is extremely knowledgable about all of the products and has very helpful suggestions for any mobility issue you might have. The pricing at this company is also excellent and they help you with government funding where applicable I highly recommend them.
