I was incredibly impressed with the speed of the service call (same day) and Neil was very thorough, professional, and followed-up following the appointment with an e-version of the product manual as I couldn't find mine. Would certainly request their services again if needed!
We are beyond impressed with the service we received from this company! We highly recommend them to anyone in the area! My mom is pretty much immobile when she is not in her power chair, so when it stopped, it was a really big deal. I called NS&M and Marcia said she would be over in 10 mins. She discovered mom's power cord was worn through and shorting out, so a possible fire was prevented! Soon afterward Anton brought another chair and the repair on her own was completed and returned the very next day! My mom was thrilled!
They are always so helpful and very caring staff. I would call them my heros as a my friends. Especially when you are looking for new wheelchair or other medical things. And most of all is helpful with your medical equipment.
