They are always so helpful and very caring staff. I would call them my heros as a my friends. Especially when you are looking for new wheelchair or other medical things. And most of all is helpful with your medical equipment.
Miro is really good. He comes on time and he cares for the customers needs. Very polite and respectful and superb customer service.
Zaden was so sweet and the service outstanding. He was informative and knowledgeable about what we needed. Follow up and delivery was fast and on time. You won't be disappointed if you shop here
I was a Manager of a community home and had an emergency that could not wait, due to an extreme safety concern. I contacted a few places and they were giving me a timeline of 2-3 days before they could come out. I reached out to Marcia at NSM and she had a service tech sent to me the same day. She was very understanding and accommodating. The service tech Anton was friendly and greeted all the clients when he arrived.
