I was a Manager of a community home and had an emergency that could not wait, due to an extreme safety concern. I contacted a few places and they were giving me a timeline of 2-3 days before they could come out. I reached out to Marcia at NSM and she had a service tech sent to me the same day. She was very understanding and accommodating. The service tech Anton was friendly and greeted all the clients when he arrived.
