I would like acknowledge Beth for her professionalism and going above and beyond to get the service we needed to repair my daughter‘s power wheelchair. Every time I speak to Beth, whether it’s in regards to placing an order for equipment or needing a repair, which is extremely important to my daughter Francesca who does not walk and needs her wheelchair at all times she always manages to get things done in a timely matter. Her compassion to me and my family does not go unnoticed and it’s much appreciated.
I prefer the wall branch over any of the other branches. My daughter's wheelchair always has issues and guess what the wall branch is the only Branch to actually answer the phone and or return a phone call. I've left messages at other branches and never got a phone call returned you try and call and you get a recording. Beth has been instrumental in keeping my disabled child's wheelchair rolling and anytime there was an issue service was scheduled and performed in a timely matter. Great experience with their service team at branch 109 in Wald Township. Especially Beth, Caroline , Mike and Edwin when I needed repairs on my electric wheel chair. I believe other businesses should take courses from them in customer service.
Dan and the team at NSM are fantastic. I’ve had great experiences.
