Had the pleasure of working with Dan from NSM to secure a wheelchair for one of our patients. Dan demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise throughout the entire process, taking precise measurements at our office to ensure the perfect fit. He also provided diligent follow-up, contacting us multiple times to confirm receipt of necessary documents and ensuring a seamless experience.
With the help of our school physical therapist, they were able to schedule us for my son’s wheelchair repair on the same week. We met Mike and Will and they were very helpful and very knowledgeable on what is the best changes to be provided on our son’s wheelchair. They took their time and accommodated all our questions. We have been waiting six months for a replacement for my daughter’s chest harness. It is horrible that she has to have this on her wheelchair. We are so upset and disgusted by the pure lack of care by this company.
