My mobile chair was over 7 years old and in need of massive repair. After a in-home inspection, it was determined I may qualify for a new chair, versus a repair. Unfortunately the request for a new chair was not approved by my insurance but the folks at National Seating stayed on top of both the insurance process for a new chair as well as the approved claim for repair parts. I was impressed with all the staff, from repair technicians to office personnel. They were courteous and professional,
