I would like to let you know about one of your employees and what he did for me yesterday. Cody Brown has been here on a couple other occasions with my other chair. But yesterday he delivered my new chair. Before he showed up I hadn't felt good at all. I hadn't even remember that he was coming. Yesterday 4/24/2026 my new power chair was delivered. This is my second chair through NSM. Everyone here at the Evansville branch is second to none and I just wanted them to.know how much they are appreciated!
Chelsea with NSM gave me the best experience ever. Every step of the way she texted and called me to inform, even something as little as a missing document or a parts delay. My order is now scheduled for delivery on Tuesday and I’m so excited. I just wanted to give recognition to Chelsea for keeping me up to date on everything. This was the smoothest transition into getting my sons cubby bed and I will recommend this company and especially Chelsea to everyone of my friends going through the same situation. Thank you!!!
NSM gave me the best experience in getting a powerchair I’ve ever had. The communication at every step was amazing. When I finally got the chair, it became apparent that it needed a few tweaks. Shelby just left my house and my chair is now so comfortable! It’s like a totally new chair! He also had some great tips for how to get into and out of it without having the problems I had been experiencing. I completely trust NSM because they have demonstrated that they are worthy of my trust.
