Rich came out to my mother’s assisted living facility. He was courteous, patient and willing to figure out the problem and make the needed repairs and adjustments. No other technician could figure it out the proper was to attach the lateral supports so that they didn’t interfere with the backrest locking mechanism. I hope to get Rich if we need service again on my mother’s wheelchair. How an excellent experience he was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and he did his job With respect.
They need to fix their hours on their website and here. They are no longer open till 5pm. They close at 4!
My son's wheelchair needs work and they tell him his parts are in. But they always cancel his appointment because they claim they only come down to this area once a month and they cancel his appointment without telling him. The customer service people are rude and claim they thought he was coming there to have chair repaired. We live over an hour and a half from there. He is considering a new vendor. You should be ashamed of your businees ethics.
