Awful experience
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but after almost two months of dealing with issue after issue and no communication follow-through from the company, I felt like I needed to share my experience. Hopefully this will save someone else the headache, time, and money I wish I could’ve saved! I first reached out to this company about a safety problem with my son’s wheelchair. Extremely disappointed with this company. My daughter who is disabled fell out of gait trainer due to bottom piece breaking off even when locked. I called and have waited mons for appointment to fix. No show or call on Appointment day. Called 3 times and no response. Horrible!!!!
I had an appointment scheduled and James never showed up so it was rescheduled for a week later and again no show and no call call from James or nsm. I have been without my power chair for 8 weeks now. I did even get an apology when I called. I called off work so I could get my chair serviced. Now my chair is still not working and I am out 2 day pay. My job is my only income. I could not give less then 1 star or I would have.
