We have had wheelchairs from NSM for my brother for the last decade. Recently Chris did our new chair fitting at Magee and we received the new chair. After we came home, my brother was sliding off of the chair (extremely hazardous for him), it's visibly a weak chair, the headpc broke 5-6 times, it's just weak and a very bad chair overall. Their previous chairs are clearly very very strong. I am currently using old chair for my brother, which also needs to get fixed. They came to my home and helped me with a rental stairlift installation and made the process seamless. They answered all questions I had and eased my concerns!! Great job NSM!!
