Made an appointment for a new chair battery a year ago. Still waiting for them to come out! I guess it’s a good thing that I have other means of getting around. Every time they were supposed to be here I’ve waited, and I get messages telling me that I have to reschedule because they were here and no one was home. When I called to reschedule, I am put on hold for a long period of time waiting for somebody and then it hangs up As if people have time to sit there for that.
