If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Was approached by Ben while I was doing yard work. Was quoted on sealing my driveway with a 5 year warranty. Came and sprayed an amount of sealant that’s not possible with the truck he brought. And charged me 3x the quoted amount. Sealant almost immediately started coming back up on the driveway. Been in contact with Ben for over a month and almost weekly promises on coming back to respray just to get last second excuses on why he hasn’t shown up. Now will not answer his phone. Horrible service. 3 weeks late from original promise date and signed contract by both parties. They showed up today with not the correct equipment to do the job. Upon arrival tried to tell me ii was going to be 3 times what the signed contract stated. Spoke to the owner Mike. He told me the crew (1 person) was taking a “quick” break for gas and that his wife needed meds. I waited 1 hr and they never returned, no phone call or communication.
