Ed, who deploys to western MA, is a disgrace. Why is a man in his 70s with zero credentials teaching behavioral modification therapy to people who didn’t get their car inspected? The biggest slap in the face to the MA tax payer since the re-trial of Karen Reed.
Worst company to do anything with, locked me out of the course 3 times and made me re-take, would be listening to the course and all of a sudden it would go silent and log me off, told me I answered questions incorrectly when I didn't answer them at all, then one time I hit the wrong button locked me out for the 3rd time, they wanted me to take the course a 4th time spent more than 10 hours trying to take this course and that are the WORST customer service, just kept wanting to give me a code to re-take the test. New York State is NOT accepting this as a valid 5 hour course to obtain a driver's license. The person ahead of us, as well as my daughter, were turned away and could not take their road test today. The tester said a lot of people are bringing this certificate with them, and it's not legal.
That staff is wonderful and helpful. The courses are informative and thorough
