Lance was amazing to work with. Every RV mechanic within 200 miles wouldn't even take a look at our fridge without waiting 3 weeks or more. I called Lance on Saturday and our trailer was in his hands on Monday and it was gone on Tuesday. He was honest and upfront and let us know it was a warranty issue. Five-star happiness right here! I was getting some work done on my RV over at Jim's RV and happened to mention how frustrated I am with my refrigerator. The door had been popping off for two months! (Loose screw and missing bolt.) Lance at National RV Refrigeration had me set up in five minutes...even installed it for me! So happy with this business! I will definitely stop here when I need my fridge serviced!
